The Mass Markets Product Technology Delivery Manager collaborates with cross-functional team members to design, build and launch offers and functional system support across sales distribution channels. Utilizing defined business cases and targeted implementation timelines; the DM determines and manages project scope, IT system development requirements, sales channel requirements, schedule, cost, and customer experience. The DM leads the project from requirements through post-deployment activities and oversees the partnering business units for successful Marketing launches. In addition, the Delivery Manager will partner closely with Pricing, Tech Dev, and offer strategy to influence the long-term integrated roadmap for offers in the future.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead cross-functional teams to take projects from original concept through final implementation for the rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements to the existing applications; as well as establish requirements to deliver products, pricing, offers, promotions and other items to market.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and frontline as well as provide subject matter expertise on marketing technology (including CX solution design, billing systems, point of sales systems, provisioning tools and other technical applications) applications, platforms, training, execution and communications.

  • Build strong relationships and accountability across channels and throughout collaborative functional areas, to ensure smooth offer launches.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing implementation project plans and supporting documentation including detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, status reports, testing and project estimates.

  • Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.

  • Manage the integration of tasks; track and review Build and Go-To-Market deliverables while providing guidance to project team.

  • Engage and align stakeholders to achieve project objectives through creation of internal documentation to be used for leadership updates.

  • Develop and lead Tech Dev projects to support the integrated offers from scope definition through post-deployment validation.

  • Lead cross-functional team to identify and develop comprehensive business requirements for each system enhancement.

  • Ensure that technical requirements represent the business and broader needs of the cross-functional team

  • Support end to end post launch validation testing for offers and system enhancements in all front-end and back-end systems.

  • Oversee organizational objectives for customer satisfaction, revenue, profit, retention, as applicable.

  • Assess internal system and process limitations that could be enhanced to provide compelling and/or competitive offers in the marketplace.

  • Drive project implementation timelines to meet strategic business goals and business case objectives.

  • Define and document requirements for channel readiness to include but not limited to training, communications and launch support documentation.

  • Motivate others to action and provide leadership to act boldly, move fast, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

  • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutioning of problems.

  • Where necessary, oversee the capital and expense management activities, including business case updates to satisfy AT&T planning milestones.

  • Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Our Lead Product Technology Managers earn between $128,400 & $215,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
