Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience with plan source manufacturing, supply chain logistics, or reverse supply chain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience working as an associate in the supply chain with a leading management consulting firm.

  • Experience formulating and performing quantitative analyses on supply chain problems.

  • Experience with complex products and multi-echelon supply chains.

  • SQL or Python proficiency.

As a Program Manager with Google’s Cloud Supply Chain (CSCO) and Operations Transformation team, you will be involved in the development of conceptual and detailed operating/supply chain model designs across the entire data-center hardware and equipment supply chains (i.e., plan, source, make/transform, deliver, quality and reverse processes). You will leverage this knowledge to solve challenging business problems, leading to desired supply chain performance and cost outcomes. You will do so by influencing/obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders within CSCO and partners teams (e.g. Finance).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Conduct rapid assessments of business processes, supply chain performance through industry benchmarking, and quantitative analysis, and drive re-architecting as needed.

  • Design mathematical models using commercial and proprietary modeling tools to answer strategic and tactical business questions.

  • Formulate strategies, leveraging both "first principles approaches" and supply chain best practices, that inform and/or drive well-articulated transformation initiatives, tangible benefits, and scalable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with program management, business owners, and other stakeholders, as projects shift from strategy into implementation.

  • Foster partnerships with functional leaders, and working teams across organizations to drive alignment and structured communication.
