Onsite -University Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator

As a University Recruiting Coordinator on a long-term contract, you'll collaborate closely with our Recruiting team to organize career events, oversee logistics, and handle marketing. Your exceptional people skills will be crucial in creating a positive candidate experience. In this position, your logistics management expertise will be vital for ensuring that all events operate smoothly and efficiently.

About Our Client:

We are seeking a University Coordinator to support our client, a global insurance industry leader. Our client provides a wide range of property casualty insurance, life insurance, retirement solutions, and other financial services to support our clients in business and life through our General Insurance, Life & Retirement, and Investments business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and logistics for campus recruiting and summer programming events, including material preparation, catering, facilities management, and advertising for activities like interviews and networking events.

  • Manage real-time updates to the applicant tracking system, candidate flow, Excel trackers, and process documentation.

  • Build relationships with the recruiting team, business leaders, and HR partners to support recruiting initiatives, programs, and the sharing of best practices.

  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from marketing and candidate education to selection, interview rounds, offer decisions, and communication.

  • Enhance candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience.

  • Coordinate preparations for onsite and virtual interview events, including Superdays

  • Experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, recruiting, or communications within a corporate setting is preferred.

  • Proficient in using the Handshake tool; familiarity with Workday is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and resourcefulness.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with data tracking and online applicant tracking systems is preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while seeking help when needed.

  • Eager to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

-Pay Rate:

30-33/hour
