Our customers are FBA Sellers and Amazon Retail Vendors, and our objective is to ensure on-time execution, save shippers money, and offer differentiating features and services to all sellers, regardless of their size.

As the Senior Product Manager for Shipper Experience, this role will lead the booking enhancements to the core PCP product and manage the global product roadmap for the Partnered Carrier Program (PCP) and WePay, ensuring seamless product extensions and customizations across regions. This role will be crucial in driving adoption, improving shipper experience, and reducing shipping defects globally.

A day in the life

On a typical day, this role might engage with multiple customers, dive deep to identify and resolve issues, define and report key business metrics, and develop go-to-market strategies. This role will collaborate closely with Amazon software engineers, supply chain managers, and operations leaders to prioritize the roadmap and develop new products and features that enhance the Seller experience, increase program adoption, and reduce shipping defects. This team is passionate about scaling solutions that transport billions of items annually, and believes that we are only scratching the surface of what we can do to help customers worldwide.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

  • Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
