Our client is looking for someone to help us on this cloud journey. It is less about maintaining windows updates / servers and more about managing SaaS applications, Identity & Access Management strategy (Okta + Entra), leading the move from Active Directory to Azure Active Directory (now Microsoft Entra), automating laptop deployments and management (AutoPilot + Intune / other MDM tools), and networking experience.

This person would be an escalation point (Level 2) to the help desk engineer that is not onsite - hardware desktop support level 2.

This person will help push reducing their on prem footprint - help answer the questions: how can we do things better? How can we automate?

This person needs to be someone who has been hands on, from conceptualization to actualization for migrating Active Directory.

Ideally this person has experience with Azure Active Directory.

This person will be responsible for base level security, mimecast, education campaigns, etc.

This person should have working networking knowledge.

Someone who is okay with also being a mentor/wants to help others learn while they also learn and have a passion for continuing education.
