Inspire Brands Sr. Product Manager, Revenue Management in Atlanta, Georgia
Revenue Management capabilities form a cornerstone capability for Inspire to increase value for the company and its franchisees. This solution includes building full-stack capabilities which include data-driven pricing recommendations, informed by proprietary and public data, integrated with the latest technology and data science capabilities.
As the Senior Product Manager for Revenue Management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery and ongoing optimization of the product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, data & analytics, and operations, to define and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy: Partner with Brands, D&A, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and other stakeholders to develop and manage a Revenue Management strategy that incorporates business and end-user goals, to drive value through the application of agile product management principles
Roadmap Planning: Translate product strategy into a roadmapcontaining well-defined and prioritized capabilities, features, and enablers that will realize the product’s vision through incremental value creation for both Inspire and its franchisees
Feature Definition and Prioritization: Spend time defining high-levelEpics, with a clear prioritization approach for driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring a clear path for execution by engineering and other teams
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while driving consensus and execution across all aspects of the product lifecycle: development of product strategy and roadmap, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders promptly, and managing disagreements and conflicts
OKR Management/Performance Monitoring: Own development of Product OKRs and oversee individual team OKRs while monitoring and updating progress; Monitor and keep track of KPIs in partnership with the Revenue Management team; Drive accountability across stakeholders through relevant metrics
Other Responsibilities: Mentor, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers / Analysts and continually facilitate improvements in developing a best-in-class solution while embracing Inspires’ values; Keep a tab on Revenue Management best practices and industry knowledge and bear fruit in product strategy, as applicable
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4-year degree
Preferred: Graduates (MBA, Operations, Revenue Management)
Minimum: 7 years of Product Management experience in the Revenue Management space, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail industries.
Minimum: 5 years of experience as a data or technology analyst with a foundational understanding of data platforms, development of data pipelines, and integrations
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
Strong collaborator with the ability to work laterally and drive alignment across the organization
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, able to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders
Strong documentation skills, specifically writing requirements, user acceptance testing, and other strategic documentation to communicate vision and strategy
Clear communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and influencing skills
Ability to work hands-on with data using SQL to analyze data, and understand data schemas and governance
Passionate about the restaurant industry or desire to deep dive into this industry – curiosity to understand our operations and customers
Is results-oriented with the ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver tangible business results
Experience working with teams across geographies is a plus
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake is a plus
Experience working with analytical tools such as Databricks, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and large data systems is a plus
This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time
