Loan Closing Team LeadTeam Lead - US56916BRLoan Closing Team LeadAtlanta, GAWill be responsible for the Closing team to review loan packages and create the Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs) in timely manner. They coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure an on-time closing and ensure data in the CD is correct.In the role of Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing the service quality plan, manage the team, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, Knowledge Management Compliances with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.Responsibilities Include:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in residential document preparation, escrow/title company, processing, or mortgage bankingReview signed closing packages for accuracy.Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.Ensure the closing package is fully complete and accurate and compliant, which includes but is not limited to; correctly itemized credits, fees listed accurately and in the correct sections, proper escrow set up, documenting clear and accurate status notes for the team, borrower, and settlement agent, along with TRID updates for compliance.Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.Solid and detailed knowledge of Conventional and FHA/VA Loan Documents; Closing and Legal Documents; Disclosure Documents; Credit Documents; Insurance Documents; MDIA Disclosure timing and APR rules and TILA/RESPA LE/CDs.Ability to review loan docs with accuracy and attention to detail to recognize inconsistencies in loan file documents, while managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and closing dates.Reviews and prepares disclosures, including Loan Estimate and Closing DisclosureQualificationsBasicHigh School DiplomaAt least 4 years of relevant experiencePreferredBachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related areaFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of tasksShould have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application. Preferably, BKFS application - Empower, MSPA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedNote: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
