About The Role:

As a CBRE Workflow Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in managing bidding, producer capacity, and assigning assignments to our production professionals, as necessary.

This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining the values of land, property, and businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage dashboards for designated responsible area or bid type in reference to all bid tasks in Tops2.

  • Review capacity management accuracy via regular communication with VAS producers.

  • Assist producers in updating their capacity.

  • Responsible for drafting letters of engagement

  • Communicate effectively with Clients for pre-bid assignment scope.

  • Maintain lost bid log and communicate with clients as necessary.

  • Present ideas on how to generate revenue in new areas.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Ensuring Practice Area Guidelines (PAG) and Quality and Risk Management (QRM) protocols related to the bidding process are followed.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience with Tops2 software preferred.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • MAI and/or appraisal licensure preferred.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
