ICON Clinical Research Project Coordinator in Auckland, New Zealand

The Role:

  • Provide administrative support for high-volume project management and account teams to facilitate completion of medical communication projects and publications.

  • Be responsible for coordinating and communicating the movement of discreet project phases through a cross-functional team structure including partnering on timelines and expectations with creative and digital services teams.

  • Support maintenance of client specific compliance systems including upload documents and edit records and ensure accuracy.

  • Attendance at internal status meetings and select external client meets as directed by the business need.

  • Execute submissions of projects to external systems and websites.

  • Maintain, save and organize documents across multiple projects and clients.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficient with databases, systems and platforms.

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a good level of the English language.

  • Be willing to undertake required training.
