Sodexo is seeking a Full Time Registered Dietitian II -HC to join a dynamic team at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, GA, who is looking to develop clinical skills in Nutrition Support and Critical Care. Doctors Hospital is a 354-bed acute care facility with a Level 2 Trauma designation and home to the largest burn unit in the United States, with plans for growth in both of these exciting areas of nutrition practice.

Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the ideal candidate will:
Be a Registered Dietitian with 3-5 years experience
Provide nutritional care for a variety of patients
Work rotating weekends, providing hospital wide coverage
Be familiar with the Nutrition Care Process.
Have experience with electronic health records.
Have an interest in nutrition support.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Be able to take initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team.
Assist the clinical nutrition team with performance improvement projects and assignments as needed.

Have a track record of proactive interaction with the medical team
Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in GA (required prior to starting in this role)

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)(Note:For those seeking registration after 2023, a master’s degree will be required)
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Credentials Requirement:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
