Description We are offering an opportunity for an Account Representative to join our team based in AURORA, Colorado. As part of our team, you will be involved in the processing of bills, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers regarding billing adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively process and manage customer bills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare and revise journal entries for billing adjustments as needed.

• Actively engage in direct communication with customers to discuss and resolve billing adjustments.

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and improve customer service.

• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to maintain their accuracy and health.

• Apply your experience in the construction industry to better understand and serve our customers.

• Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding account management and customer service. Requirements • Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledgeable in the Billing process

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
