Combining a proudhistory and groundbreaking innovation, the company holds some of the mosthighly recognized brands in the industry: Tempur, Tempur-Pedic, Cocoonby Sealy, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster.We are recruiting for a seasoned professional so serve as the Human ResourcesBusiness Partner for manufacturing facility in Aurora, CO.Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner, acting as a changeagent, will be responsible for managing the Human Resource function atassigned locations. Responsibilities will include recruitment, training,equal employment opportunity, positive employee relations, and laborrelations. Where applicable, this role will administer the GrievanceProcedure up to and including Arbitration, and will be expected to preparefor and conduct collective bargaining. This position will also act as abusiness partner to operations and coordinate with both Regional and CorporateWhat you will do:Acts as a change agent within the organization.Maintains positive employee relations; promptly investigatescomplaints/issues and makes recommendations to plant management to resolvethemConducts recruitment activities, including sourcing, costing, and onboarding.Performs workforce & organizational planning, succession planning, andtalent assessments.Administers the company's talent management activities.Administers the Company's Risk Management Program.Keeps abreast of all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Assurecompliance with these requirements.Assures the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records.Acts as the EEO Coordinator. Completes annual Affirmative Action Plans.
