Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Austin, Texas. As a crucial member of our accounting team, you will be assigned a variety of responsibilities, including processing financial transactions, maintaining credit records, and handling utility billing.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process all payments, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded.

• Manage data entry duties for expense draws, matching them with the relevant documentation.

• Conduct reconciliation of company credit card accounts to ensure transaction details are accurate and complete.

• Communicate proactively with vendors and tenants via phone and email when necessary.

• Handle utility proration and develop a proficiency in utility billing for property management.

• Take on additional accounting-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with executing Check Runs

• Experience in Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry capabilities

• Competence in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Experience in using QuickBooks
