About the Role

CBRE is currently seeking a Transaction Manager to join its rapidly growing Agile Practice team. The purpose of this position is to provide advisory and transaction execution support on small to midsize agile transactions. This function will be responsible for working with the agile advisory team, account teams, and agile providers to deliver excellent flexible transactions.

Remote position. East Coast or Central time zones preferred.

What You’ll Do

Execute small to midsize agile transactions

  • Work with broker partners and clients to understand current and future agile spaces needs, including desire, demand and timing

  • Provide agile transaction help on-demand to accounts and brokers.

  • Insert deal inputs into traditional vs. flex analysis. Review critical considerations with the client.

  • Set up and coordinate space tours with agile providers, leading tours as needed

  • Collect, analyze and negotiate offers from providers, ensuring favorable deal terms, timely conversion and efficient negotiations

  • Facilitate and coordinate Membership agreements with legal and IT

  • Enter signed agreement into internal tracking system for data collection, commission processing/review, and monitoring client follow up

Data and knowledge management

  • Work and established/maintain relationships with flexible providers to understand locations, products, pricing and commissions

  • Collect and share best practices with entire team/Flexperts (Case Studies, FAQ, Best Practices)

  • Enter comparable data and lease agreements into the platform systems

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a degree a combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • 2 to 3 years of real estate experience required.

  • Relevant experience in agile (coworking, shared office, executive suite) deals

  • Real Estate Salesperson license

  • Ability to act with a degree of autonomy to solve problems and think creatively

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products

  • Highly collaborative in a team environment. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

  • Comfortable conducting basic financial analysis, calculating sales figures (discounts, percentages, commissions), and analyzing and selling with data

  • Excels under pressure, works well independently and on a team, thrives in fast-paced environment and has “growth mentality” or “entrepreneurial mindset”

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Agile Transaction Manager position is $70,000 annually or $33.66 per hour and the maximum salary for the Agile Transaction Manager position is $85,000 annually or $40.87 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
