Work in all University buildings. Lead employees in accomplishing work to further the mission and goals of the department, inspect completed work to ensure correct and timely completion, and assist Building Attendant Leader with administrative tasks.Perform general cleaning according to schedule and for trouble calls, remedial services, and client requests.Follow correct unlocking, locking, an alarm procedures. Secure buildings and rooms on schedule and/or after cleaning. Follow key control/access card procedures and guidelines. Carry UT ID at all times during working hours.Drive University light duty pick-ups and vans to move equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.Set up and pick up table linens and other items for specials events. Provide on-duty cleaning and event support. Clean after emergencies.Must possess written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to read, understand, and communicate written requests and instructions.
