Maintains the facility within operating parameters, including adjusting systems to control water, air, pressure, temperature, and dew point.Monitors and controls fire, electrical and mechanical systems that support the cleanroom and facilities using SCADA and Building Automation systems.Performs rounds each shift. Records conditions of systems each shift from direct observation. Systems include, but are not limited to compressed dry air, cooling towers, boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, bulk gases, ultra-pure water, chillers, vacuum, commercial water, commercial power, waste neutralization, bulk chemical distribution.Assists in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the facility. This activity is performed synchronous to monitoring time spent in control room.Responds to maintenance service requests and completes assigned preventive maintenance activities.
