Description
Mosaic is currently looking for a Luxury Retail Specialist to join our innovative, growing company. The Luxury Retail Specialist is responsible for representing Mosaic, our clients, and our customers by effectively working in the field visiting retail locations on behalf of our luxury wine/spirits client, including but not limited to, the proper implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, stock rotation, building displays, installing POS and completing surveys and audits. We are ideally looking for candidates with previous retail and/or merchandising experience, but it’s not a must. If you have a positive attitude, are good at communication, have a strong work ethic, a people-person, and like to manage your own schedule, we want to talk to you.

Position Details:
$22/hr
40 hours per week
Job Description:
Being an expert brand ambassador of all brands and products of the client - selling any product to any stakeholder
Maintaining rack integrity & presentation
Cover assigned territory regularly, which may have up to a 2-hour driving radius
Take controlled surveys once a year, and report current trends and market conditions directly to client team
Gain prominent floor space - maintain these displays to the client’s standard by filling in case when depleted and installing any new point of sale
Assure that retailers determined prices are clearly marked for all brands in every part of the store
Execute trainings for employees of retailers
Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence
Work with web-based applications to prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned project work
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 years of retail and/or merchandiser experience with a background in sales/marketing and adult beverage industry, ideal, but not necessary
Positive, go-getter attitude is a must!
Territory management
Retail training experience with associates and managers on client’s initiatives and priorities
Able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 75 pounds
Reliable vehicle that is able to hold your daily POS materials as well as be able to transport larger displays in a box as needed
Experience using mobile apps in real time to report field activity
Attention to detail with when capturing photography and reporting
