D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for an *MMT-Quality Control* in the Quality Department. The right candidate will ensure that company loans are quality products in compliance with federal and state regulations, and investor’s and guarantor’s guideline requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform required re-verifications within guidelines and timeframes
- Remain current with regulation changes from government/state agencies, as well as policy changes from agencies and investors and company policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of all underwriting guidelines
- Perform administrative functions as assigned by management
- Perform special /target audits in accordance with procedures, as assigned
- Assist teammates in the department with work as needed
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree, earned within two years, from four-year college or university
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications
- One to two years related experience and/or training preferred
- High attention-to-detail and strong organizational and communication skills
