Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a special sort of person to join our team.We are looking for high-caliber, motivated hospitality professionals who are as equally passionate about health and wellness as they are about providing extraordinary guest service.

What You Will Do

  • Rotation of hot and cold stations

  • Daily prep for the day and week

  • Assisting in commissary production for other Well locations

  • Learning and execution of menu offerings

  • Performs opening and closing side work

  • Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties

  • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible

  • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking

  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.

  • Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc.

  • Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.

  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines

  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

    What You Should Have

  • 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen

  • A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

  • Must have an accommodating attitude

  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
