Initiative implementationCollaborate with appropriate stakeholders across the university to execute an initiative like the Year of AI from concept to implementation.Define project scopes, budgets, and resource requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and implement change management plans to support the successful adoption of innovative initiatives.Create communication strategies, training programs, and engagement activities to facilitate the transition of initiatives, programs, and projects.Provide regular analysis and updates to key stakeholders to both monitor progress, risks, and prioritization of resources.Coordinate meetings to understand progress, obstacles, and upcoming decisions; help resolve problems or realize opportunities and paths to key approvals; develop and/or coordinate development of supporting content.Evaluate risk of execution and delivery of initiative plans and implement appropriate risk management procedures as required.Ensure the timely surfacing and resolution of decisions, risks, and issues.
