Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Network Development Administrative Assistant based in Austin, Texas. This role is primarily remote, with on-site visits required 1-2 times a week as needed. Belonging to the telecom industry, your main function will be to assist our network development team in identifying and verifying physician information through online research and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough online research to identify and gather accurate information about physicians, including their addresses, contact information, and professional affiliations.

• Utilize various resources to determine if a physician participates in our network, ensuring the accuracy of this information.

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of physician information, including contact details and participation status.

• Collaborate with the network development team to provide timely and accurate information that supports decision-making and network expansion efforts.

• Create and maintain detailed records of research findings and verification results.

• Generate reports and summaries of verified physician data as needed by the network development team.

• Communicate with physicians and healthcare providers as necessary to validate information or request additional details.

• Provide administrative support to the network development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with other tasks as required.

• Use MS Office to create reports, schedule meetings, compile documents, and perform data entry tasks.

• Understand and use basic medical terminology in your daily tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to create comprehensive reports and present data in a clear and concise manner

• Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes

• Skilled in compiling documents and maintaining organized filing systems

• Strong research abilities to support various administrative tasks

• Data entry skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Professional and courteous demeanor

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
