Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

The Retail Associate ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales, possess exceptional customer service skills and incorporate excellent communication and selling ability into their guest interactions. They will provide in-depth product recommendations, inform guests about our unique product options, answer questions and expand sales by offering excellent customer service, information and support. The Retail Sales Associate must be personable, enterprising, articulate, and able to multi-task with efficiency and poise, and with a well-developed sense of how to prioritize.

· Must have 1 years retail experience product

· High-end/luxury product sales experience is strongly desired

· Must have an extremely professional demeanor and a polished physical presentation

· Must possess exceptional verbal, written and electronic communication skills

· Must be proficient with e-mail and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Windows and have the ability to learn various software programs/applications.

· Must be very personable and capable of delivering the highest levels of service

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays

· Must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple duties simultaneously and efficiently

· Must be highly organized, with impeccable attention to detail and consistent follow-through

· Must be able to move and lift 50lbs, and sit or stand for 95% of their shift.

Some job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Expected to generate revenues by maximizing sales opportunities

· Building on-going relationships with resort guests for follow-up sales and guest satisfaction

· Reinforcing Miraval standards through physical image and hygiene practices, as well as through store merchandising

· Assisting in stocking, price labeling, scheduling and control of spa product inventory

· Maintaining retail space to ensure a clean, well-kept and inviting environment

· Arranging shipment and home delivery of product for departing guests

· Respond to daily email and voice mail and write-up phone and web orders.

· May be required to perform opening and closing duties.
