Support recruiting and hiring activities for hourly production employees
Complete new hire/orientation paperwork
Manage plant employee recognition program
Help employees with various questions/needs
Help plan and lead employee engagement activities
Submit data changes as needed through various HR systems
Manage wage progression program monthly for eligible employees
Update various data trackers
Conduct Stay interviews with hourly personnel
Perform 6S audits
Process training effectiveness survey program
Approve invoices as needed
Miscellaneous daily tasks
Onboarding, FMLA, I-9, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of HR Experience
1+ year of Recruiting experience
1+ year of Onboarding experience
6 months of experience working with FMLA
