Aston Carter Human Resources Representative in Avilla, Indiana


  • Support recruiting and hiring activities for hourly production employees

  • Complete new hire/orientation paperwork

  • Manage plant employee recognition program

  • Help employees with various questions/needs

  • Help plan and lead employee engagement activities

  • Submit data changes as needed through various HR systems

  • Manage wage progression program monthly for eligible employees

  • Update various data trackers

  • Conduct Stay interviews with hourly personnel

  • Perform 6S audits

  • Process training effectiveness survey program

  • Approve invoices as needed

  • Miscellaneous daily tasks

  • Onboarding, FMLA, I-9, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of HR Experience

  • 1+ year of Recruiting experience

  • 1+ year of Onboarding experience

  • 6 months of experience working with FMLA
