Pay: $21 per hour (depending on experience) Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM Requirements A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management. 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience. Experience verifying the accuracy of sales tax amounts on invoices and processing invoices in a large ERP system. The Senior Accounts Payable Associate will work in the office to ensure vendors are paid promptly, communicate with vendors and other departments to resolve payment/billing issues, and provide a variety of technical and functional support for the AP department. Other job duties include processing payroll and expenses, verifying PO invoices for accuracy, general ledger coding, verifying that tax sales are accurate on invoices, and completing tasks promptly. You will need to have strong data entry, processing, time management, and computer skills to thrive in this meaningful role.
