About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Job Overview:

• Perform maintenance (Preventive and Reactive) and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety

• Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Perform emergency repairs as needed.

• Will do site visit within Cebu (North or South)

• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function

Minimum Requirement:

• Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at at least 3-5 years of experience in Facilities/Building Management in retail setting (supermarket, department store, convenience store, mall etc.)

• With professional driver's license (Can drive L300 service vehicle)

• Amenable for roving set-up (As you will be visiting other sites in Bacolod City and Talisay)

• Can work 6-days, shifting schedule (Mostly night shift)

• Knowledgeable with 52 week calendar PPM

• Can start by mid-January 2024
