Adahlia LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Bainbridge Island, Washington
Sawan Thai Kitchen is looking to hire Thai Specialty Cooks to help us continue to offer delicious, authentic Thai dishes to Bainbridge Island.
Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will have the following duties:
- Preparing and cooking traditional Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, chilies, and narm pla' (dried fish sauce);
- Checking the quality of the raw and final products to ensure the highest quality standards are met;
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies;
- Preparing different types of Thai specialty sauces required for meat marinating and dipping so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
- Performing other health and sanitation duties, as required by law.
SALARY: $50,794/year
