Overview
Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ( dhmf.org/bakersfield ) is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ( bakersfieldmemorial.org ) and Mercy Hospitals ( dignityhealth.org/mercy-bakersfield ).
Responsibilities
Practice Highlights:
Join experienced ENT in Group
Full scope practice: outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center and hospital consults
Focus on adult cases with some pediatric cases
Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity
Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow
Collegial work environment
Opportunity to precept medical students
Available Resources:
Mentorship
RN Triage during after hours and weekends
Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community
Compensation/Benefits Include:
Salary: $475,000 - $500,000/year
Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus
Generous sign on bonus and relocation assistance

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
This is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt .

Qualifications
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Pay Range
$228.37 - $240.38/hour
