Overview
Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ( dhmf.org/bakersfield ) is seeking an energetic and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing multi-specialty group in Bakersfield, CA . We are a multi-specialty group with over 40 physicians and advanced practitioners and still growing. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital (http://dignityhealth.org/central-california/locations/memorial-hospital) and Mercy Hospitals (http://dignityhealth.org/central-california/locations/mercy-bakersfield) .
Responsibilities
Practice Highlights Include:
Monday to Friday schedule, no evenings, no weekends, no call
Outpatient practice
Outstanding support staff
Practice with collegial and experienced Physicians and Advanced Practitioner on-site
Also Offering:
Generous salary of $140,000 - $145,000/year and productivity bonus
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME, and benefits
The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Qualifications
1 year minimum Nurse Practitioner experience required
Pay Range
$67.00 - $70.00/hour
