Weatherford INSPECTION COORDINATOR in Baku, Azerbaijan

Weatherford have an excellent opportunity for an Inspection Coordinator to join our team. This role is currently based in Baku. The main responsibility is to provide necessary support to Inspection Managers. Liaising with Inspection base: controlling document flow and ensuring quality requirements adhered to. To assist in systematic interface between inspection department, requisite hierarchy and clients. Provide administrative and coordinating duties for inspection department, ensuring professional and reliable support at all time.

Key responsibilities

  • To receive enquiries for inspection in a professional manner

  • To make photocopying, scanning of documents, if requested

  • Typing of Inspection Reports

  • Process Delivery Tickets to Customers

  • Monitor/record movement of Inspection tubular

  • Ordering of stock/consumables for Inspection services

  • Filling of all Inspection Documentation as directed by the Inspection Supervisors

  • Processing of Service Tickets to Accounts

  • Updating the registers in timely manner

  • Prepare ST and CTXes, and send to the Customer

  • Weekly reports, monthly reports

  • Rotation planner

  • Prepare Presentations

  • To control the stock and storehouse, to release material from the store, to record the material incoming and outgoing, to control the material usage

  • To check the staff’s attendance, prepare timesheets, daily POB sheets.

  • Translation / Interpretation when required.

  • Weekly stock checks

  • Ordering material, ensuring material received is correct, answering all suppliers’ questions regarding ordered material, providing additional information including photos to the suppliers.

  • Searching for the qualitative tools and material, providing the procurement department with info, sending delivery notes.

  • Tracing the material delivery with properdocumentation and further document processing.

  • Lunch arrangements for the personnel, document preparation and providing the accounting department with monthly lunch arrangement information in required format.

  • Keeping all registers updated.

  • Sending off inspection reports to the Client, answering all related questions, providing additional requested information, tracing back pipe information as per Client’s request and carrying out all necessary changes requested.

  • Keeping the consumables list updated weekly and sending the information to the management.

  • Arranging the stationery and making canteen provisions.

  • To control the PPE of personnel to be cleaned by 2 nd company in timely manner.

  • To organize service for all equipment, mechanism and transport.

  • Carrying out annual inventory of the base assets.

  • Uploading job related information into the server.

  • To send equipment for repair and receive back.

  • To supply supervisor and inspectors with previous inspection information.

  • Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

REQUIRED

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Microsoft Access

  • Good English (written & spoken)

  • Good organisational skills

  • Must be able to work to deadlines

  • Teamwork and partnering

  • Flexibility

  • Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised·

  • Previous work experience
