Provide solutions to issues and judgment outside of pre-established guidelines or processes. * Coordinate program development and implementation that requiresignificant assessment, evaluation, and interventionutilizingbest practice/promising practice models. * Develop andmaintainrelationships with groups, individuals, orfamilies’partners tocreatenetworkof supportive services needed for program users to be successful.Assistinthe developmentand implementation of recruiting plan for program groups, individual, and/or families. * Develop andfacilitateworkshops, meetings orconferences,coordinatelogistics, scheduling, and participant communications. Work closely with partners to developand provideappropriatetrainings, workshops, field trips, and recognition eventsfor participants. * Develop and schedule program work plan in accordance with specifications andfunding limitationsin order toshape the program.Oversee daily operations; organizeprogram activities; and set priorities. * Maintain andfacilitateprogram data incompliance andwith programmaticreports requiredby sponsors. Make recommendations to management in use of funds toensure complianceand prepare for regularprogram audits by sponsors. Collect, complete,andsubmitprogram information in required formats for various reporting includinginternal quarterlyprogram updates and sponsorsreports.. * Provide routine and non-routine technical advice, problem solvingassistance, andanswer questions. Interpret program goals andpolicies, andprovide administrative support tothe programteam. * Develop and prepare written products such as training materials, website content,final progressreports, and promotional materials. * Recommend resources for the improvement of the program. * Assistin evaluating program effectiveness to develop improved methods;devise evaluationmethodologyand implements; analyze results and recommend and/or takeappropriate action.Has the authority to formulate, affect, interpret, or implement policiesor procedures to ensure effective operation of the program. * Usingstate of the arttechnology, use sophisticated searching techniques to conductindepthresearch of forprogram’scomplex and unique information requests. Develop andmaintaininternet web site files and/or listings. * Interact andmaintainliaison/partnership with students, faculty,staffand agenciesinfacilitatingprogramobjectives. Serve as a primary contact andthinkscritically about allaspects of the program to resolve questions and make decisions related to the program. * Performs other duties as assigned. (Senior Community Program Specialist) * Responsible for all aspects of coordination of community internal and or external programs by monitoring progress and operations program components and ensure the highest quality programming for all participants. Provide solutions to issues and judgment outside of pre-established guidelines or processes. * In collaboration with programmatic leadership, plan, develop,administerand coordinate new or revised goals andobjectivesfor programs. Lead program development and implementation that require significant assessment, evaluation, and interventionutilizingbest practice/promising practice models. * Maintain and foster relationships with groups, individuals, orfamiliespartners to create network of supportive services needed for program users to be successful. Develop and implement recruiting plans for program groups,individual, and/or families. Ensure compliance with work plan and deliverables. * Develop andfacilitateworkshops,meetingsorconferences;coordinatelogistics, scheduling, and participant communications. Work closely with partners to develop and provide appropriatetrainings, workshops, field trips, and recognition events for participants. Other:Related experience to program may be substitutedfor education. / / (Senior Community Program Specialist) Education:Bachelor's degree. Degree in social sciences, such as social work or psychology preferred. Master's degree may berequiredbased on associated licensure. Experience:Three (3) years of community program coordination, development, oversight, or administration. Certification/Licensure:Licensurerequiredbased on the need of the program.
