Job Title: Electrical Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Manager who has experience across various building trades including electricity, plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and refrigeration (HVAC-R). You will manage supervisors, lead workers, and maintenance technicians ranging from semi-skilled to unskilled. Your responsibilities include overseeing construction, preventative maintenance, improvements, and repairs to buildings, fixtures, mechanical equipment, grounds, and roadways. Additionally, you will perform specialized tasks in at least one of the trades and provide guidance to other maintenance workers. Your role involves hiring, training, and managing electricians, managing electrical PM tasks, overseeing installations and repairs, and ensuring all operations comply with electrical codes and standards. You will work closely with other department leaders and company executives to develop policies, increase revenues, determine work schedules, and manage budgets and inventory. You will also collaborate on complex projects and manage on-call electrical contracts to ensure compliance.
