The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, motivated to learn and comfortable interacting regularly with city officials and other staff. Our client is an established boutique firm offering a 35 hour work week, 1 day per week of remote work and a culture that is known for being family friendly and supportive.

This role does not require any previous experience as long as you are hard working and interested in learning. The work will include researching zoning records and due diligence, completing liquor license applications and renewals, filing lobbyist registrations and annual activity reports, coordinating sign posting and newspaper advertisements for hearings, preparing for and attending hearings, and making regular trips to various government agencies, including the Liquor Board and Zoning Office, to file licenses and permits and to pull zoning records.

Real Estate work will include filing UCCs, drafting corporate formation documents, recording documents with land records office and SDAT, title and survey work, editing closing documents, preparing closing binders and other corporate/transactional support as needed.
