Description

Our client is hiring for a Manager of Benefits Administration to oversee all aspects of our employee benefits programs and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience managing benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits

  • Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages

  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee information and benefits data

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits and HR administration questions

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to benefits and HR administration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and improve HR processes

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits and HR administration

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on benefits and payroll

  • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits

  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
