Work You'll Do

  • Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the projects, enabling effective decision-making and problem-solving.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and requirements.

  • Risk Management and Problem Solving:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

  • Resolve project-related issues promptly, leveraging technical knowledge and project management best practices.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps to stakeholders.

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects

  • Contribute to the development of business and vendor relationships

  • Support pre-sales, RFPs, and proposals

  • Manage senior-level client relationships

  • Serve as a ""Subject Matter Expert"", adding experienced insights into client challenges

  • Manage solutions, delegate resources, and ensure the quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverables

  • Lead and support delivery teams and staff

  • Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process

  • Present and sell ideas to various client audiences, both technical and non-technical

    The team

Our Core Technology Operations group enables differentiation and focused growth for large-scale infrastructure, data center, and operations projects. We take part in operation services for our clients with emphasis on automation and delivery excellence. Our core capabilities include: IT Operations Delivery & Management, Customer Experience Enhancement, Operations Transformation, transportation modernization, and Emerging Technology platforms such as drones and 5G networks.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field

  • 10+ years of information technology experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
