About Role

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As our new Marketing Specialist ANZ – Growth Marketing you will support the successful creation and execution of marketing tactics and campaigns. You will be acting as the pivot person for demand-generating marketing activities, monitoring results, and improving sales opportunity to bookings conversion by working closely with our sales teams. This will ultimately drive revenue growth via lead generation and digital commerce, in alignment with Hach Pacific’s commercial plan for Australia & New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Drive revenue generation from marketing leads and digital commerce through creating and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.

  • Channels include, but are not limited to: Web, Social, Search (PPC and SEO), PR, Email, Sales enablement, Digital advertising, Tradeshows, etc.

  • Engage in continual results tracking all the way through the marketing and sales funnel – from early engagement indicators (e.g. Clicks) and top-of-the-sales-funnel indicators (e.g. lead creation, conversion rate) to actual sales (e.g. bookings, revenue).

  • Collaborate with Sales and Lead Qualification teams to improve leads and sales opportunities to bookings conversation rate.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, and identify needs.

  • Support Marketing & Communications Manager ANZ with other duties.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, and/or agency.

  • Proven experience in successful demand/lead generation and funnel management.

  • Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.

  • Experience with sales and marketing automation, such as Marketo and Salesforce.com.

  • Effective communication skills in English mandatory, as well as work from AEDT/AEST time zone (Melbourne, Australia).

  • Customer-centric, dynamic, self-driven, and highly motivated individual.
