Job Description:

Wha t You will Be Doing

• Drafts and reviews legal documents such as NDAs, Administrative related contracts, simple leases, letters of engagement and contracts pertaining to the supporting functions such as IT, logistics etc.

• Assists with compiling and coordinating company secretarial matters such as Board Meetings, Meeting Minutes and all other statutory filings in accordance with the local regulations.

• Support Legal, Compliance and/or Legal Operations requirements.

• Advisor and subject matter expert to business on legal support related subjects and key contractual terms.

• Mitigate risk and liability exposure to company, in partnership with Business and Legal.

• Performs legal research including statutory and case law on Indian laws and other local regulations.

• Keeps abreast of latest developments and changes in local regulations in India.

• Provides support on ad-hoc projects as and when needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Law/Finance/Commercial or Diploma in paralegal studies/practice.

• 2+ years of experience in a mid- to large-size corporation or law firm.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication and organization abilities.

• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• Strong research and report-generating skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and complete tasks with professionalism.

• Experience working with or in a fast-paced, globally dispersed matrixed environment.
