Job Description: The Digital Analytics Implementation and Tagging Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring accurate data collection, tagging, and implementation of analytics solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch Tag Manager, SQL, ETL processes, and a deep commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tagging requirements for digital properties, such as websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

• Utilize Adobe Launch Tag Manager to implement and manage tagging solutions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

• Configure Adobe Analytics to collect and report on relevant KPIs, events, and dimensions, customizing reports and dashboards as needed.

• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to process and transform data for analysis and reporting purposes.

• Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various data sources, with a strong focus on data quality.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure proper data collection, consistency, and data integrity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues, tracking discrepancies, and data anomalies.

• Perform A/B testing and experimentation to improve data collection strategies and website/app performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital analytics, tagging, and data integration.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize user experiences and business outcomes.

• Work closely with other data analysts and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or Analytics).

• Proven experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Tag Manager, including tagging implementations and configurations.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.

• Knowledge of web and mobile app analytics, A/B testing, and data visualization tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

• Relevant certifications in Adobe Analytics Launch is a plus.
