• The role will participate in hands-on development, configuration and testing of process automation (RPA) to meet the defined requirements.

• Design and develop process automation using core RPA workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable and easy to understand.

• Works collaboratively with process experts across global process, SMEs and business stakeholders during process analysis, script development & test and UAT phases to deliver RPA automations with quality.

• Design, construct, implement and support software that meets the business requirements.

• Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging; software construction may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions.

• Act as an expert technical resource to development staff, in all phases of development and implementation processes.

• Develop scalable and efficient process automation and reusable components that can be leveraged across like-minded processes.

• Build, test deliver and maintain robotic automation capabilities using industry leading RPA software.

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

• Provides other duties as directed.

• Bachelors' degree from an accredited University in Engineering/Computer Science, Statistics, or Finance or equivalent field. Graduate degree in Computer Science related field preferred.

• 3-4+ years of development programming experience and solid background in programming, preferably Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Platform, .Net, C#, Java, R, SaS, or Python

• Deep technical skills in Process Automation and capable of serving as a subject matter expert in RPA.

• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle

• Creation of technical documentation and testing scenarios

• Experienced with release management.

• Stong MS-Excel skills

• Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/UiPath

• Certification in Industry leading Robotics Automation products.
