Overall 12+ Year of experience
Someone with a passion for consumers and delivering solutions that matter to them.
Proven teamwork, including ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
At least 5 years of experience in leading as a Product Owner/Manager and influencing high performance development teams in a global, multi-location organization.
Experience in stakeholder management
Proficient development experience in Mobile digital development, in (SAFe) Agile way of working in role of certified Product Owner.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated to work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customer and end-users
Preferable, experience with medical submissions and regulated development environments
Preferably, experience with Lean development
Able to navigate and manage organizational complexity and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
