We are looking for a motivated ACES Program Manager to tackle some of Buyer Abuse's most complex problems.

Key job responsibilities

  • Buyer Abuse ACES is seeking a PM who is passionate about providing quality service, thinks globally, drives key project initiatives that will help manage sustained process improvements and has the ability to contribute to innovative ideas.

  • They will lead the site/program level improvement through Kaizens & facilitating Just do its (JDIs) ensuring successful implementation of those projects.

  • Drive Six Sigma Capability development program

About the team

Buyer Abuse designs and builds the software systems, risk models and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in Amazon.com. We have investigators globally who investigate abusive transactions. We protect all aspects of the Amazon shopping experience and make Amazon a safer place to shop. In addition, we work towards minimizing the risk associated with new initiatives.

Bangalore, KA, IND | Hyderabad, TS, IND

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
