Sr Engineer, Full Stack
One of the most innovative and high-profile teams in News Corp is looking for a Full Stack engineer to help accelerate its vision. The role will involve combining all of News Corp’s data across categories, countries and organizations into a singular view of a customer enabling engagement, measurement and targeting. The HQData Full Stack Engineer will partner closely with product, data & engineering teams to help make this data available and accessible to our businesses, teams and partners in order to drive revenue and improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using JavaScript.
Dive into browser internals to optimize performance and user experience.
Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Utilize Git for version control and collaboration.
Conduct debugging and testing to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
Implement and manage tag management solutions like Google Tag Management and TealiumIQ.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and privacy policies are upheld.
A background in analytical product development.
Qualifications :
BTech/BE in Computer Science or other technical discipline
4+ years of experience in designing and developing Javascript applications
Familiarity with browser internals( Cookies, Local Storage) and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and REST APIs
Good to have :
Familiarity with tag management tools like Google Tag Management and TealiumIQ is desirable.
Strong debugging and testing skills to ensure the quality of software solutions.
Understanding of data governance and privacy policies.
