Manage a global team supporting Email services for the enterprise that include Outlook client, MS Exchange and Email security at the platform level. Responsibilities of the team include L3 incident ticket processing, service request processing, change implementation, On-Call support, SLA management, imitative & Task management, capturing metrics and ensuring that email service availability is at 100%

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with MS Exchange and email security at an enterprise level. Supporting service and operations of email at a large enterprise

  • Experience managing a global team and aligning performance with organization goals

  • Good knowledge of ITIL concepts

  • Proven ability to proactively manage service performance, identifying constraints, & implementing optimizations for enhanced efficiency and user experience

  • Proven ability to provide solid leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability

  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and initiatives

  • Proven excellent communication skills, both written and spoken along with presentation skills to leadership
