System Engineer I
Cerner is excited to hire a system engineer I for the shared service engineering team. As a system engineer I , you should have experience on system engineering/application support area. You should have the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues of Applications and Databases, Linux & Windows system administration. You should also be experienced with monitoring tools to monitor performance, health condition of Servers, applications & databases.

Shared Services Engineering
At least 4 years of total combined related work experience or completed higher education, including:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience
Understanding of Linux Operating system, idea on Database,
Understanding of Application monitoring and support,
Experience in Remedy or any other ticketing tool, ITIL framework
Knowledge on supporting Production systems
Experienced with monitoring tools like Zabbix and Oracle Enterprise Manager (or similar tools) etc. to monitor Servers, applications & databases
- Willing to work in shifts
