The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients which means some of the biggest in the world. There’s never a typical day as a System & Integration Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. You are expected to:

  • Maintain the Netcool, ITM, ScienceLogic servers, user management, and associated Incident, Change and Problem handling

  • Have knowledge of account and new node registrations on BlueCare and Netcool WebGUI

  • Work on Autocall registration on customer demand and ACT/ADT application tasks and events suppression

  • Have sound understanding with working knowledge of SNOW integration, CACF integration along with Play book development for automation and event automation

  • Hold SME/architect level expertise to handle the monitoring & event management in heterogenous environment using ITM, Netcool, Science Logic and Zabbix

  • Possess working knowledge of API user's password reset and certificate renewal, SL5 user and password change activity, GNM API user and token update activity, and maintenance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 5-7 Year experience in event and monitoring of heterogenous infrastructure

  • Around 5-year experience with sound hands-on knowledge on Netcool servers, ITM, ScienceLogic and Zabbix configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the Autocall and event suppressions

  • High-level of troubleshooting skills on the events/incidents, change and problem management

  • Strong analytical skills related to the Netcool. ITM, Science logic, Zabbix servers

  • Strong integration and automation skills on CACF and ServiceNow

  • Knowledge and hands-on related to Integration of Netcool and other monitoring tools

  • In-depth knowledge of CACF, Playbook development and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge and experience of Linux, Windows and AIX servers

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Any Degree, BE/B.Tech or MSc, MCA from a reputed institute
