Oracle Credit & Collections Analyst 1-Fin in BANGKOK, Thailand

Job Description

Timely cash collection of customer accounts, assessing credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action.

Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities

The job function is to manage and maintain documentation as per details given below.

Printing - Print multiple sets of invoice copies along with supporting documents. Print Receipts

Preparation – Invoice package per Customer, Receipts (for check pick-up); Pay-in slip to deposit checks in Bank; Prepare and maintain files as per the filing process.

Coordination – with Messenger for invoice delivery, check pick up; with vendors for archiving files or retrieving old files.

Filing- Invoice copies, Receipts, Acknowledgement letters, Pay-in slip, WHT certificates, Duty Stamp receipts

Archiving – all the historic documents and files for audit or any other validation.
