We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking PropTech Lead to join the GREW Performance & Excellence team, with a primary focus on leveraging technology to optimize real estate, workplace, facilities projects, facilities management, and global travel.

GREW PropTech lead will drive the adoption and integration of cutting-edge technology solutions to generate real-time insights and disrupt ways of working, while closely collaborating with our Digital & Technology teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • PropTech Strategy: Develop and execute a PropTech strategy to support, enhance and boost GREW strategy by leveraging industry best practices and the broader PropTech industry innovations; Enhance real estate, workplace, facilities, and travel functions through technology; collaborate closely with the D&T teams to ensure synergy and integration of technology initiatives.

  • Real Estate and Workplace Technology: Implement PropTech solutions to optimize space utilization, enhance employee experience, and support workplace flexibility; Leverage IoT, data analytics, and automation for smarter real estate decisions; Foster innovation in workspace design and workplace management.

  • Facilities Project Technology: Utilize PropTech tools for streamlined project management, from planning to execution; Incorporate digital solutions for efficient resource allocation and tracking; ensure facilities projects are aligned with technology-driven objectives.

  • Facilities Management Optimization: leverage PropTech to enhance maintenance and asset lifecycle management; enhance and disrupt facilities management practices through data-driven insights and automation; collaborate on sustainability initiatives through technology-driven solutions.

  • Global Travel Technology: collaborate with head of global travel to design technology-enabled travel policies and booking systems; Leverage Tech for efficient travel management.

  • Collaboration with Digital & Tech Teams: Work closely with the D&T teams to ensure seamless integration of PropTech initiatives; Provide expertise and insights to enhance data analytics, automation, and digital tools ; collaborate on cross-functional technology projects to drive innovation.

You bring

  • Experience in field relevant to GREW activities and expertise in PropTech/technology; proven track record (min. 10 years) in designing, leading and deploying technology strategies to enhance performance

  • Strong understanding of IoT, data analytics, and automation applicable to the context of real estate and facilities management.

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills; Tenacity in the pursuit of goals and objectives as well as a demonstrable ability to listen, influence and build common goals through a passion for new technology.

  • Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders; excellent communication skills, ability to influence and shape innovative thinking and solutions, respect for cultural differences, collaborative mindset, and strong technological understanding.

  • Work experience in/with a multinational organization including global cross-cultural teams & diverse regional environments
