Here, you'll discover the rigor it takes to make a difference and the fulfillment that comes with living the #NetworkLife.What you'll be doing...As the Real Time Marketing (RTM) Analytics Lead, you will be a critical member of the Agile RTM team, which is responsible for driving segment growth and marketing innovation by delivering relevant and timely testing of content and experiences, orchestrated across all digital channels and throughout the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about exploring emerging digital marketing trends and capabilities, and is capable of quantifying the incremental improvement of the customer experience through digital experimentation and multivariate testing. You are well-versed in statistics and an Adobe Analytics expert in order to create and monitor test dashboards. The Analytics Lead will recommend KPIs for each test, create test dashboards in Adobe, pull in additional learnings from EDW and ContentSquare, and make recommendations based on final test results- Analyze digital customer journey data and provide insights on potential anomalies and site improvements- Work cross functionally with business leads, developers, marketing to ensure site tagging supports test KPIs- Create and monitor test dashboards to ensure accurate test execution- Investigate data issues interfering with test measurement- Provide updates to stakeholders on test progress and make recommendations based on final results- Ensure tests are measured in adherence with statistical best practiceWhat we're looking for...You believe that proven data should be behind every important decision. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $107,000.00 and $198,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
