Job Description:

Parksite is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations, to join our growing company and Human Resources team. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources (Head of HR), this role will be responsible for managing and administering the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, 401k, ESOP, payroll, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Currently manages a team of three including Supervisor, HR Operations, Payroll Administrator and HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Administration & Benchmarking:

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

  • Conduct regular benchmarking studies, market analyses and job evaluations to maintain competitive salary structures.

  • Develop and maintain job classifications and salary ranges.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation matters to managers.

Health and Welfare Benefits Management and Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA.

  • Manage annual open enrollment process, including communication and education of employees.

  • Partner with benefits brokers and vendors to optimize plan offerings and cost-effectiveness.

401k Plan Management:

  • Administer the company’s 401k plan, ensuring compliance with ERISA and other regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with plan providers for plan management, audits, and reporting.

  • Provide support to employees regarding plan options, enrollments, and distributions.

ESOP Administration:

  • Manage the administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

  • Coordinate internally with Finance and with external consultants and administrators to ensure compliance and accuracy of ESOP transactions.

  • Educate employees about the benefits and structure of the ESOP.

HR Systems Management and Administration:

  • Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

  • Implement and maintain HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve data management.

  • Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of HR systems.

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages.

  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

HR Processes:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Manage the HR operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with other HR functions to support overall HR strategy and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing HR operations and total rewards management.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, 401k, ESOP, payroll, and HRIS.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software (ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
