Insight Global End User Support Specialist in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Job Description

* Working with the Active Directory Resources to schedule the migration of the users' desktops from their local network to the enterprise network.

* Performing the necessary tasks on the users' desktops to ensure a smooth and successful migration, such as installing software, copying data, configuring settings, and testing connectivity.

* Providing technical support and guidance to the users before, during, and after the migration process.

* Troubleshooting any issues that may arise on the users' desktops or the enterprise network.

* Documenting the migration activities and reporting any problems or feedback.

Skills and Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in desktop support and maintenance.

* Familiarity with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online services and how they work with desktops.

* Familiarity with User Profile data.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. null
