We are seeking highly skilled professionals in the fields of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Computer Science (with programming expertise in Sharepoint, .NET, and PowerApps) to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analytics and Program Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in predictive analysis, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Your primary objective will be to convert data into actionable insights, empowering our leaders to make informed decisions and co-create value with the sales team for enhanced customer experiences.

What you’ll achieve

As an Analyst Customer Technical Training , you will delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences.

You will:

  • Leverage data to enhance customer experiences and for delivery team to tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs.

  • Analyze trends, patterns, and outliers to identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies with AI modernization

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation improvements with AI.

  • Enhance vendor management processes, with a focus on license renewal and contract negotiations through predictive analysis.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree inData Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science (programming eg. Sharepoint, .net and PowerApps).

  • Productivity and excellent communications skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations and problems using multiple sources of information

Desirable Requirements

• Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff or experts within and outside the internal organization

• Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
